By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses the Service, whether individually or on behalf of a business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service, and your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Vox Front AI provides an AI phone answering service that answers incoming calls, books, reschedules, and cancels appointments against your calendar, answers questions from documents you upload, and escalates calls that need a person, configured for your business.

We work to keep the Service available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect how you use it.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You may not use it for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

You are responsible for any content you provide through the Service, including call scripts, greetings, FAQ and policy documents, and other business information.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Pricing is a one-time setup fee, a monthly plan with an agreed amount of included call time, and a per-minute rate for anything beyond it. You'll know all four numbers — setup fee, monthly price, included minutes, and extra-minute rate — before you start.

Billing is month to month. You may cancel with 30 days' notice. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

We process call data, transcripts, and account information to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service — including any call recording — complies with the laws that apply to your business, including obtaining any consents required to record and process your callers' data.

The Service and its content, features, and functionality belong to Vox Front AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You keep ownership of any content you provide through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Any feedback or suggestions you give us about the Service may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Our AI agent may not always respond correctly. AI-generated responses can contain errors, and you are responsible for testing your agent's configuration before relying on it for real calls.

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as calendar and communication services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of those third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, Vox Front AI's total liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us, subject to the notice period described in Billing and Payment.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a prohibited way.

When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops. We handle your data after termination as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
